Shipping policy

When your keepsake has been completed you will receive an email with a video link from my YouTube channel so you may have a full preview prior to its arrival.  

I will insure your keepsake for the full value in the event the item is lost or damaged during shipping.  I CAN NOT accept responsibility for what happens to your keepsake once the US Post Office takes possession.  I take great care in the creation, packing and shipping process.   I use Priority Mail (3-4 day), but if you would like you may choose Priority Mail Express NEXT DAY shipping.  That cost is only what the post office charges
